Over 20 years of demonstrated leadership and success in office management, project development, program management, consultant management, design engineering, land development, land acquisition, and construction engineering residential and commercial projects. Considerable emphasis on large complex multi-use projects, programs, and multi-phase and long term projects. Also skilled in business development, strategic planning, public involvement and organizational behavior.
Mike Drapala
Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Drapala manages Land Development, serving the Manatee, Sarasota, Florida area. As such, he is responsible for project management and client development. Mr. Drapala has more than 30 years of experience in the land development industry, which includes extensive experience in site development preparation and infrastructure completion. Proven success in management of design teams with expertise in; Due Diligence Evaluation, feasibility studies, Entitlement Processes, Design and Permitting of plans, Cost Estimating, Construction Administration serving institutional, municipal, residential, and commercial projects.
Jason Coates
Engineer
Mr. Coates is a Civil Engineering designer with experience in public and private design. With strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D abilities, he has been an integral part of all portions of the preparation, design, and approval process, which includes extensive experience in site development and infrastructure design.
Our Story
Our Firm was developed by Steve Shroyer, Mike Drapala, and Jason Coates to provide experienced civil engineering services to the west coast of Florida, with an emphasis on Manatee and Sarasota counties.
Every team member of Shroyer Drapala Eng. LLC has over 10 years of local experience and, as a team, we stay up to date in the local community through participation within committees related to land development.
Each client project is guided through the governmental review process with our professional hands-on personal service.
